There is raising mental issues within the community and FAYNUUS HOPE COMMUNITY experience this frontline. On a daily bases people from this community step into our community office to overcome their daily challenges. We’re dedicated and addressing the sources of mental health, a lot of these problems are triggered from unemployment, bills, parents who raising sick vulnerable children and situations are over baring for them or even relationships and this has impact on their wellbeing. Each workshop is run in a day for people to take time out and learn a wide range of practical tools and tips to help them improve their own wellbeing. Varies topics are covered in these workshops.

- Understating how living with mental health conditions impacts on individual’s lives and those around them
- How to response to people in mental health crisis
- How to bring calm to your life
- How to develop a wellbeing strategy and daily wellbeing plan
- Identify the discrimination surrounding mental health problems
- The relationships between thoughts and emotions
- Define mental health and different mental problems
- Relate to people’s experience
- Demonstrate how to support people with mental health problems
- Look after your own mental health
